01 The Estate
Kimbilio is the outlier of everything we do. Twenty-five bedrooms across a single estate, a compound of pavilions, courtyards and water set under a canopy of mature trees. It was never drawn as a product.
We present it here because it shows the ceiling of what Sukyf and Art Villas Bali can design and deliver together. A trophy mansion for a buyer who wants one of one, and nothing that anyone else can build.
02 Inside Kimbilio
Kimbilio is planned as a village of its own, private wings and pavilions gathered around gardens, pools and shared living on a scale the rest of the collection never attempts.
